$225 flat fee (no markup)

Pets Welcome

$50 flat fee per rental.  As is the case with most pet friendly vacation rentals, we request that only well behaved pets be brought on your vacation.  Ifyou have an active young puppy or other dog that might be prone to chewing up the rugs or furniture, please do not bring them.

Check In & Check Out:

Check in time is 4PM - late check in requires prior arrangement

Check out time is 10AM for weekly rentals, 12 NOON for shorter stays.

Late checkout must be pre-arranged. $50 charge may apply
