You can make a Deposit and/or Payment on-line via Paypal for your stay at Seadrift. Pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card.

Full Balance required to be paid 30 days prior to rental day. You will receive an invoice by email and you will be able to make a secure credit card payment for that final balance via the Paypal system. (You do NOT need to be a Paypal member).

There is no additional deposit for security against damages. Your deposit acts as a security for the rental, but we don't charge a damages security deposit like other companies. (Thank you for taking care of our home!)

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Received more than 30 days prior to rental date 100% refund less $100.
- Received less than 30 days prior rental – only the cleaning fee of $175 less $100 will be refunded. Note: If the home can be re-rented you will receive a refund equal to the amount recovered for your rental period.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
- This home is less than 100 meters from the Pacific Ocean. Seasonal storms are a possibility and we are not responsible for weather conditions.
- If there is a (rare) power outage there will be a refund of 50% daily rental cost for each full day of documented power outage.
SMOKING:
- This is a non-smoking home. Smoking inside may result in a special cleaning charge of $175 as the next guest will complain.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS / SEPTIC SYSTEM / PARTIES POLICY:
- If during your stay, you wish to have additional guests please contact the owner by email to discuss the impact of those additional guests on the septic system.
- No amplified music is allowed & you cannot disturb neighboring property owners.
- Guest vehicles must be parked OFF the asphalt without blocking driveways (there is a parking easement along Seadrift Road in front of all properties between the fence and the asphalt).
- This private home cannot accommodate any large parties, bachelor parties, graduation parties, weddings ceremonies or receptions.
- Minors cannot be left unattended in this lagoon home.
- The owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without any refund of security deposit, rent, tax, cleaning fee should it be determined that unauthorized parties are being held at the home that you have rented. Seadrift Security is vigilant and will promptly call the owner.
DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY:
- The owners representative does a walk-through to check the condition of the property before and after each rental.
- Upon your arrival, if you find anything broken or out of the ordinary, please email owner to report it; otherwise you may be deemed responsible.
- As renters, you must assume responsibility for any damage that occurs at the property during your stay. Frequent examples are: broken remotes, stained carpets/furniture/walls, moving furniture and not putting it back, excessive garbage or garbage/recycle put into the wrong collection bins, umbrellas left open in the wind causing damage, unwashed dishes/pots/pans.
LINENS, SOAPS, TOILETRIES:
- The owner supplies bed linens and bath towels for each rental. Linen service is not provided. We also provide an initial supply of bath soap, toilet tissue, dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter.
